A leading hospitality company is seeking a Call Center Agent in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, documenting interactions, and meeting performance metrics. This is a full-time role with no remote work options.
