Job summary
A recruitment consultancy is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in Dubai with a strong background in interior design or fit-out. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, expand the client base, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying new clients, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with project teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of sales experience in the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai in interior design or fit-out.
- Strong background in interior design or fit-out industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and close new clients within the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
