Job summary
A leading hospitality venue in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking passionate Food and Beverage professionals dedicated to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of the Colleague Dining Outlet, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring quality food service. Candidates should have a hospitality degree, fluency in English, and previous supervisory experience. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment committed to great service.
Qualifications
- Ideally have a degree in the hospitality field.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Previous experience in minor leadership and supervisory roles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and control day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Maintain HACCP cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Check food quality and presentation for every meal.
- Address food complaints and suggestions.
- Assist in planning menus and organize duty roaster.
- Minimize operational costs and carry out monthly inventories.
- Prepare food store requisition for the outlet.
- Ensure timely meal service.

We’re currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Food and Beverage professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our employees.
- Organize, plan and control the day-to-day operations of the Colleague Dining Outlet
- Maintain HACCP cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Check-up of food quality, presentation and set-up of buffet and salad bar on every meal
- Note colleagues food complaints and suggestions to be attended to and resolve to report to the Human Resources and Food & Beverage Department
- Assist in the planning of menus and organize the duty roaster
- Suggest measures to minimize operational cost while carrying out monthly inventories of stores, equipments, etc
- Maintain and prepare food store requisition for Colleague Dining Outlet
- Be responsible for timely meal service as per timings outlined for Colleague Dining Outlet
You should ideally have a degree in the hospitality field with experiences in a similar role. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and previous experience in minor leadership and supervisory roles are a definite plus.
