Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The job holder is responsible for working with the Unit Manager / Team Leader to ensure that all equipment and rides are maintained regularly as per the preventive maintenance schedule and repairs are resolved promptly.
DO — Key Responsibilities
- Operational Standards and Management
- Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as per the schedule prepared in line with the equipment manual.
- Conduct breakdown maintenance in a prompt manner to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Maintain a fault record to monitor the downtime of the outlet.
- Provide requirements for spare parts needed to attend to calls.
- Proper management of spare parts stock to minimize downtime.
- Keep all tools in properly maintained condition.
- Ensure maintenance is carried out with calibrated instruments wherever required.
- Train outlet teams for proper usage of equipment/rides.
- Analyze faults and take necessary corrective action to avoid any recurrence of problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-5 years of experience in the Leisure/Retail/Hospitality Industry, preferably with multi-site management experience.
