Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The job holder is responsible for working with the Unit Manager / Team Leader to ensure that all equipment and rides are maintained regularly as per the preventive maintenance schedule and repairs are resolved promptly.

DO — Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Standards and Management

• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as per the schedule prepared in line with the equipment manual.
• Conduct breakdown maintenance in a prompt manner to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Maintain a fault record to monitor the downtime of the outlet.
• Provide requirements for spare parts needed to attend to calls.
• Proper management of spare parts stock to minimize downtime.
• Keep all tools in properly maintained condition.
• Ensure maintenance is carried out with calibrated instruments wherever required.
• Train outlet teams for proper usage of equipment/rides.
• Analyze faults and take necessary corrective action to avoid any recurrence of problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-5 years of experience in the Leisure/Retail/Hospitality Industry, preferably with multi-site management experience.
