Position: Nursery Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care and education for children aged 45 days to 4 years. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, with a proven track record in early years education and nursery management.

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and health & safety standards.
2. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of early years practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education.
3. Implement and monitor the EYFS curriculum, ensuring each child receives a tailored learning experience.
4. Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
5. Manage nursery budgets, resources, and administrative duties efficiently.
6. Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children.

1. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Level 3 or higher qualification preferred).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
3. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and build a positive team culture.
6. Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
