Qualifications
- First experience in warehouse, logistics, or restaurant support roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
- Basic familiarity with inventory systems or willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries.
- Record goods in the inventory system.
- Organise, label, and store products according to safety standards.
- Support stock rotation and ensure storage areas are tidy.
- Assist with weekly and monthly stock counts.
- Manage returns and delivery documentation.

As Warehouse Receiving Clerk you will support the smooth daily flow of our restaurant’s back-of-house operations. This role ensures that every delivery is checked, recorded, and stored correctly, helping the team maintain quality, efficiency, and full control of stock.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries (quality, quantity, and condition).
- Record goods in the inventory system and flag discrepancies or damaged items.
- Organise, label, and store products according to safety and hygiene standards.
- Support stock rotation (FIFO) and ensure storage areas remain tidy and compliant.
- Assist with weekly and monthly stock counts.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, purchasing, and suppliers when issues arise.
- Manage returns, replacement requests, and delivery documentation.
- First experience in warehouse, logistics, or restaurant support roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
- Comfortable with physical tasks and handling goods safely.
- Basic familiarity with inventory systems or willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and confident communicating with different departments.
- Flexible and available for early-morning deliveries when required.
