A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to create detailed drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards, while also revising drawings based on feedback and assisting with material take-offs. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in the construction industry are essential for this role.

- Create detailed drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from project team and clients.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Assist in preparing material take-offs and cost estimates.
- Proven experience working as an MEP Draftsman in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.
- Experience in creating detailed MEP drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to MEP systems.
