About the Role: As a Mechanical-Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in our projects, translating design concepts into precise technical drawings that drive the success of our developments. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and seamless execution in our mechanical design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare mechanical design drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with internal CAD standards and project templates.
• Develop HVAC, plumbing, drainage, LPG, and firefighting layout plans, piping schematics, and isometric drawings as per project requirements.
• Ensure mechanical drawings comply with local authority regulations (DCD, DM, DDA, DEWA) and are formatted per submission standards.
• Create detailed technical drawings and CAD models for mechanical components and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Review and refine drawings to meet project specifications and industry standards. Maintain documentation and update drawings based on design modifications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in construction or a real estate developer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
