Job Title: MEP Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed drawings and schematics for MEP systems using CAD software.
2. Create isometric drawings to provide clear 3D representations of piping and other systems.
3. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managers.
4. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
5. Coordinate with other team members to integrate MEP designs with architectural and structural plans.
6. Maintain and update technical documentation and drawings.
7. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
2. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and isometric drafting techniques.
3. Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
