Draughtsman - MEP

The MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) Draughtsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings layouts and schematics for MEP systems using CAD software. The role requires coordination with engineers architects and project teams to ensure accurate and efficient design execution.

Drafting & Design:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing HVAC Firefighting) as per project requirements.
  
• Develop layout drawings schematics and sectional views using AutoCAD Rev it or other CAD software.
  
• Ensure that drawings comply with industry standards project specifications and local regulations.
  

Coordination & Collaboration:

• Coordinate with engineers architects and site teams for design modifications and approvals.
  
• Work closely with structural and architectural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes or client requirements.
  

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain an organized library of drawings specifications and revisions.
  
• Ensure that all drawings meet company and regulatory standards.
  

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering.
  
• Proficiency inAutoCAD Revit MEP and other drafting software.
  
• Knowledge of HVAC Electrical Plumbing and Firefighting systems.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Familiarity with local building codes and MEP standards.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
