AutoCAD Draughtsman

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear and accurate AutoCAD drawings based on project specifications and guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to conceptualize and refine design ideas.
• Revise and modify existing drawings as instructed by senior personnel or project leads.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes and standards, including local regulations and industry best practices.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for all projects, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input for improvements or alterations to projects.
• Train and mentor junior draftsmen and interns in AutoCAD techniques and design standards.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
