Plumbing Draftsman

• Develop detailed plumbing layouts and schematics using CAD software, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate plumbing systems seamlessly into building designs, optimizing functionality and efficiency.
• Prepare accurate material take-offs and cost estimates, facilitating budget management and resource allocation for plumbing projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing plumbing conditions and gather data necessary for accurate drafting and design modifications.

Desired Candidate Profile
