We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to deliver actionable insights into market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and regulatory landscapes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in quantitative and qualitative research methods, with a strong focus on tracking competitor promotions and ensuring alignment with local compliance requirements within the forex brokerage industry.

1. Market & Competitive Analysis:
   1. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities specific to the forex industry.
   2. Monitor competitor activities, including online campaigns, promotions, and product launches, to identify threats and opportunities.
   3. Evaluate market share, pricing strategies, and positioning of key competitors.
2. Consumer Insights:
   1. Develop surveys, focus groups, and other research tools to understand client needs, trading behavior, and satisfaction levels.
   2. Analyze customer preferences to optimize products and marketing strategies tailored to forex traders.
3. Regulatory Research:
   1. Track legal and compliance requirements across key markets, ensuring research outputs align with local regulations.
   2. Monitor changes in financial and trading laws in regions of operation and provide insights into their potential impact on business operations.
   3. Collaborate with the compliance team to incorporate jurisdiction-specific requirements into marketing strategies.
4. Data Collection & Analysis:
   1. Gather data from multiple sources, including trading platforms, industry databases, and social listening tools.
   2. Leverage analytics tools to identify patterns and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
5. Reporting & Presentation:
   1. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards highlighting key market and competitor insights.
   2. Present findings and recommendations to senior management to guide product development and promotional activities.
6. Trend & Opportunity Monitoring:
   1. Identify emerging technologies, trading tools, and platforms relevant to forex traders.
   2. Stay informed on regional and global macroeconomic trends impacting the forex market.
   3. Partner with marketing teams to design competitive campaigns informed by research findings.
   4. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure promotional materials and strategies meet regulatory standards.

1. Competitor Analysis: Frequency and quality of reports on competitor promotions and online activities.
2. Market Insights Delivery: Accuracy and timeliness of research findings presented to stakeholders.
3. Regulatory Alignment: Compliance of marketing strategies with local regulations in key markets.
4. Customer Insights: Quality of actionable recommendations based on trader feedback and surveys.
5. Impact Metrics: Measurable influence of research on campaign success, product launches, or market positioning.
6. Trend Identification: Proactive identification of risks and opportunities in the forex market.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in market research, preferably within the forex or financial services.
3. Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, SPSS, or similar platforms, with experience in social listening tools being a plus.
4. Knowledge of forex trading platforms, industry practices, and regulatory frameworks.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Familiarity with global and regional compliance requirements in financial markets is highly desirable.
