Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across all marketing channels.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including media partners, agencies, and influencers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies.
• Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management and content management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools (GA4 certification is a plus).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Microsoft 365.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a focus on copywriting and brand storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach.
• Graphic design, photography, and video editing skills are highly desirable.
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
