Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical service to ensure effective and reliable operation of filling machines at customer sites, including reinstating the equipment into the production environment.

Perform site services for customers as required, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

Manage customers' operational costs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services.

Maintain continuous positive relationships with customers, including providing support and follow-up on their concerns and problems.

Execute and complete all relevant reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Emphasize the importance of product quality and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Working Experience)

1. Comprehensive knowledge of filling machines with 5-8 years of hands-on experience.

2. Familiarity with A3Flex, A3CompactFlex, A3Speed, A1 TBA8, and TBA19.

3. Good understanding of Lamipak products' application on filling machines.

4. Proficiency in using mechanical tools and measurement instruments.

5. Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings and diagrams.

6. Good English communication skills.
