FEBA Support Engineer
Job summary
A technology services company based in Dubai is seeking a FEBA Support Engineer to handle Finacle FEBA application support and development activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Java/J2EE, Oracle SQL, and good knowledge of the Finacle FEBA framework. Responsibilities include providing production support, analyzing application issues, and coordinating with teams for resolutions. This full-time position does not offer remote work options.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Finacle FEBA applications.
- Analyze and fix application and production issues.
- Check and monitor application logs for errors.
- Work on code check-in/check-out using Tortoise SVN.
- Build and deploy mobile (Android/iOS) apps.
- Write and execute Oracle SQL queries for data verification.
- Coordinate with teams for issue resolution and deployments.
Skills
We are currently looking for FEBA Support Engineer for our UAE operations with the following conditions:
Handle Finacle FEBA 11.2.8 application support and development activities.
The candidate should have strong skills in Java/J2EE Oracle SQL and good knowledge of the Finacle FEBA framework.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Finacle FEBA applications.
- Analyze and fix application and production issues.
- Check and monitor application logs for errors.
- Work on code check-in/check-out using Tortoise SVN.
- Build and deploy mobile (Android/iOS) apps.
- Write and execute Oracle SQL queries for data verification.
- Work on workflow roles and corporate ID creation in FEBA.
- Coordinate with teams for issue resolution and deployments.
- FEBA 11.x knowledge (FG HIF Workflow Rules).
- Java/J2EE JSP Servlets.
- Oracle SQL / PL-SQL.
- Tortoise SVN.
- Knowledge of Mobile / Internet Banking systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
