Job summary

A global technology enterprise is looking for a Field Support Engineer based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role involves providing technical and operational on-site support for the UAE Armed Forces, specifically concerning the MINDS Falcon Eye system. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in computer science or a related field, have strong communication skills in English and French, and show ability to work autonomously in an international environment. Experience with MINDS/SAIM systems will be advantageous. Join a dynamic team and contribute to safeguarding the region's security.

Qualifications

  • IT support experience is essential.
  • Previous experience with MINDS/SAIM system is a plus.
  • AI competencies are desirable.
  • Ability to work in an international environment is essential.
  • Knowledge of imagery is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational on-site support to the UAE AF.
  • Act as the point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT subjects.
  • Represent TSIX towards UAE AF IAC team for MINDS-related subjects.
  • Support on-the-job training for UAE AF IAC.
  • Coordinate and prepare on-site interventions.
  • Contribute to the promotion of MINDS among UAE.
  • Perform on-call duties when required.
