The Information Technology Officer is responsible for providing technical support to employees and will handle the 3rd level of support that involves contact with external stakeholders to further process the request when required and inform the SPOC to resolve the issue. The IT Officer is also responsible for the supervision, implementation and maintenance of the School’s computing needs. Also will ensure the smooth and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within the School.
