• Lead the pre‑opening technology operations ensuring the smooth setup, integration and testing of all systems.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure that all technological initiatives align with the property’s vision and objectives.
• Oversee the selection, implementation and maintenance of key systems such as property management, reservation, point‑of‑sale and guest experience technologies.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and operational support across all areas from guest rooms to public spaces.
• Monitor and address technology‑related issues providing timely solutions and support to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Manage budgets for technology systems and infrastructure ensuring cost control while maintaining cutting‑edge technology.

This role requires a strategic vision, strong leadership and a focus on optimizing technology infrastructure and systems while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving operational efficiency across the property. Your expertise will be essential in aligning technological advancements with the hotel’s overall goals, supporting both revenue growth and seamless operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology management with at least 3 years in a director‑level role, ideally in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment.
• Experience working in a truly global work environment is essential.
• Proven pre‑opening experience with a strong track record of financial leadership and operational excellence.
• Proven experience with technology integration and infrastructure setup, particularly during pre‑opening phases.
• Expertise in property management systems, reservation software and hotel‑specific technologies (e.g. OPERA, HMS, CRS).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, IT systems management and infrastructure.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think creatively and respond to technology challenges swiftly.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors and external partners.
