Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement the organization's technology vision, strategy, and objectives. Identify technology trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
2. Digital Transformation: Lead the organization's digital transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage. Drive the adoption of digital technologies across the organization.
3. Technology Architecture and Infrastructure: Develop and maintain a robust technology architecture and infrastructure that supports the organization's goals and objectives. Evaluate and select appropriate hardware, software, and systems to meet business needs. Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of technology infrastructure.
4. Technology Innovation and R&D: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Lead research and development efforts to explore and implement cutting-edge technologies and solutions. Identify opportunities for innovation and leverage technology to drive business value.
5. Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing technology team. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members. Set performance expectations, facilitate professional development, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
6. Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners. Evaluate and negotiate contracts and agreements. Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure the successful implementation and integration of technology solutions.
7. Risk Management and Compliance: Develop and implement technology risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and security protocols. Establish and maintain strong internal controls and data privacy measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's, Ph.D.) or relevant certifications are advantageous. Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer, Technology Director, or a similar senior leadership role, preferably in a consulting or management capacity. Strong understanding of technology trends, digital transformation, and innovation. Demonstrated success in driving technology strategy and leading digital initiatives. Experience in technology architecture and infrastructure planning. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in vendor and partner management. Knowledge of technology risk management and compliance practices. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
