Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our client's technology team and drive innovation within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. As the CTO, you will play a key role in shaping the technological vision and ensuring that the technology infrastructure supports their business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Lead and manage the technology team to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Oversee the design and implementation of technology solutions.
• Show ability and agility to manage and build multiple tech stacks.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.
• Manage the technology budget and resources effectively.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10-15 years of experience with proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
• Experience working for FinTech or similar companies.
• Should have built apps for FinTech or BFSI companies.
• Experience working on multiple tech stacks.
• Strong knowledge of technology trends and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement technology strategies.
• Experience managing technology teams and projects.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
