About the Client: A government organization in Dubai.

Job Description:
Analyze financial data, conduct variance analyses, and prepare financial forecasts, models, and risk reports to support decision-making and performance evaluation. Collaborate on budget development, monitor financial performance, and execute cost control measures to ensure accurate reporting and effective resource utilization. Identify opportunities for financial process improvements, stay updated on regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to information security and organizational policies. Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while ensuring the closure of audit findings and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• Open to UAE nationals and Arabic nationalities, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA certification preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Must have experience in FP&A software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
