Job summary
A leading facility management firm is seeking a Head of Facility Management Health and Safety in Abu Dhabi. The role includes managing a mixed-use portfolio, overseeing FM teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering degree and extensive experience at a director level. This position offers an opportunity to lead and enhance facility management across the UAE.
Qualifications
- Director level experience in facility management.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Experience in managing mixed-use portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Manage Facility Management function across the UAE.
- Mentor and manage FM teams.
- Conduct inspections of MPM properties.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers.
