Job Mission:

1. Develop with the Naval Architect lead the specialistic knowledge of main Naval Engineer competences such as vessel Hydrostatic, Stability, Hydrodynamic, Dynamic Positioning System, Mooring, Engineering analysis for Offshore installation
2. Apply and improve technical skills, expertise, knowledge, procedures and tools as required for proposals and project execution
3. Support naval engineering activities
4. Improve quality and efficiency in the naval engineering activity

Job Responsibilities:

The Naval Architect executes the activities within his area of responsibility, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements. Tasks include:

1. Apply the Naval Engineering acquired competence for the Naval Architect technical activities
2. Prepare naval deliverables (procedures, notes, technical reports)
3. Develop design capability (stability, hydrostatic hydrodynamics, hull, mooring, installation engineering, DP)
4. Prepare technical documents relevant for requisitions, bid analysis and PO
5. Prepare feedback dossiers from projects
6. Support the Naval Architect Lead to develop the excellence in naval engineering
7. Acquire the capability and the skill requested to successfully apply the state of art of numerical tool requested for the naval department engineering activities
8. Assist the Naval Architect Lead to implement the process of Lesson Learning
9. Improve technical competence growth of department resources regarding Hydrostatic, Stability, Hydrodynamic, Mooring analysis, Dynamic Positioning System
