Description:
The main purpose of this job is to ensure timely dispatches of Export Orders and Bulk Tankers. All export vehicles should leave with proper export documents. The role requires strong coordination with Customer Services & Inter Gulf, along with follow-up with customers for the timely decanting of Bulk Tankers.
Coordinate with customer services for arranging the Export Orders Documents.
Re-palletizing the stock for Export orders as per documents & sharing the sequence of trucks requirement with the logistics department.
Coordinate with IG for timely placement of transportation as per material availability.
Ensure all orders are picked and loaded into vehicles against the documentation.
Coordinate with Planning & Packing for the daily Tankers dispatch plan and ensure the availability of tankers for loading.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a large FMCG company with basic knowledge of accounting, warehousing, and logistics (IN/Outbound Operations).
ERP (Oracle experience).
Experience in outbound operation activities.
GMP Awareness.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
A graduate degree is mandatory. A Post Graduate qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or Accounts is desirable.
