• Lead the estimation team to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Review project plans and specifications to understand the scope.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analyses for labor, materials, and subcontractor bids.
• Build relationships with contractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Analyze project risks and provide Value Engineering suggestions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and bid documents.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on budgets and estimates.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Participate in bid reviews and negotiations.
• Mentor junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience as an Estimation Engineer with general contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction plans and cost estimation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership experience in team development.
• Proficient in estimation software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
