What You'll Do:

• Lead and strategically manage land sales and acquisitions in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.
• Identify and secure high-value investment opportunities in the UAE real estate market.
• Build and maintain top-tier relationships with developers, investors, and government entities.
• Develop and implement land transaction strategies to maximize profitability.
• Oversee and guide a team of direct reports, ensuring high performance and deal execution.
• Stay ahead of market trends, zoning laws, and regulatory changes impacting land transactions.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of senior-level experience in land transactions in the UAE.
• Well-established industry connections with developers, investors, and authorities.
• Proven ability to handle large-scale, high-value land deals.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah's land regulations and market dynamics.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and drive a team towards success.
