Our client, a renowned Oriental and Lebanese restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
2. Develop and create innovative Lebanese menu offerings while maintaining authenticity.
3. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
4. Control food costs, inventory, and waste to maximize profitability.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant.
2. Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Creative flair with a passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience.
5. Knowledge of Lebanese culinary trends and ingredients.
6. Minimum Salary: AED 7,000
7. Maximum Salary: AED 10,000 (Depending on experience)
