Job summary
A governmental authority in aviation based in Dubai is seeking an HR professional to manage the Human Resources Information System and oversee payroll processes. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local labor laws, conducting investigations for employee misconduct, and managing end-of-service benefits. The ideal candidate should be adept in HR technology systems and committed to fostering employee relations, all within a structured and regulatory environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR technology systems and administration.
- Strong understanding of local labor legislation.
- Ability to conduct investigations and maintain employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HRIS data entry protocols.
