Job summary
A leading fast grocery service is seeking an Operations Lead in Dubai to manage daily operations for large and small sites. This role involves driving performance, managing associates, and improving operational processes while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience managing teams in logistics or warehousing. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean and SQL is advantageous.
