Job summary
A luxury resort in the UAE is looking for a Ticketing Manager to oversee the Ticket Office operations including staff management, ticket sales reporting, and collaboration with various departments to enhance guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of ticket office management experience, preferably in a theater setting, and a strong background in customer service. - Prior experience working with large scale ticketing partners, e.g., Ticketmaster.

- Collaborate to create ticket packages and promotions.
- Oversee the Ticket Office and complete staff performance reviews.
