A leading hospitality firm is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in Sharjah, UAE. This role involves collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain high service standards and enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing operations, and managing budgets. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management and at least two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations. Strong leadership and exceptional customer service skills are essential for success.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage management practices.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing daily operations.
- Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team.
- Manage inventory levels and place stock orders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
