The Digital Adoption & Customer Success organization accelerates the adoption and usage of digital products, delivering measurable value to Cat Dealers and Customers, and driving a customer‑centric approach through enhanced management and impact measurement.
The role focuses on developing actionable insights to drive the adoption of digital products and supporting the execution of customer adoption campaigns, in close collaboration with dealers and customer‑facing teams.
It involves analyzing usage and adoption data, gathering and documenting user requirements, and contributing to the development and testing of new services or approaches, ensuring solutions are aligned with customer and business needs.
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.
Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
