The EDI and Employer Brand Assistant plays a dual role driving Employer Branding for South Africa through our Early Careers Programme and LevelUp Youth Employability initiatives. Additionally, the role partners closely with the EDI function to design, implement and monitor Equity, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, drive Employment Equity targets, support BBBEE Skills Development reporting and Learning Compliance requirements, whilst supporting the broader Unilever inclusion agenda.
