A recruitment consultancy seeks a Contract HR Administrator for a 12-month tenure to support HR functions like training coordination and BBBEE compliance. The ideal candidate will have five years of HR administrative experience, including two in the public sector, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is mainly administrative, requiring someone comfortable with detailed repetitive tasks while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
1. Position Overview. The organization requires the services of a Contract HR Administrator to support the Human Resources function for a period of twelve (12) months. The primary focus of this role is HR administration, with exposure to BBBEE, Skills Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management and general HR administrative support.
The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume administrative tasks accurately and timeously.
