Responsibilities:
Assist in buildings/facilities preventive, corrective and maintenance work.
Maintain the list of works, materials, tools, machineries, and items to be used.
Perform periodic routine inspections for proper operation of various facilities.
Diagnose building-related faults and perform rectification works.
Assist in the supervision of servicing works carried out by contractors.
Manage service contractors on-site work and report irregularities.
Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works such as building accessories and hardware, painting work, basic carpentry, repair works, sanitary & plumbing defects, etc.
Document scheduled routine findings and rectifications.
Attend to all work orders issued by the operation and management.
Hands-on with event set-up including electrical wiring installation, lighting, and air conditioning to ensure events are set up robustly and safely.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Experienced and hands-on individual with at least 2 years of related experience.
Able to work on weekends/public holidays/shifts (6 days work week).
Salary will commensurate with experience.
