• Expected salary: $2,900 - $3,700 per month

Job Description

• To rectify leaking and changing of parts for all toilet flushing systems and faucets, hand wash basin taps, external taps, etc. required in commercial and residential structures.

• Troubleshoot and follow up to ensure rectification works are completed.

• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals on the progress of plumbing and sanitary installation to meet the project schedule.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of the building premises, building fixtures, and fittings, etc.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety regulations.

Requirement

• Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or equivalent.

• At least 3 years relevant working experience.

• Able to carry out troubleshooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive and self-driven.

• Positive attitude, good leadership skills, and good attendance.

• Possess Class 3 driving license.
