M&E Technician

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Maintenance & Service Department in dealing with On-site Maintenance & Service works & co-ordination with sub-contractors on repair works.
2. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
3. Attend to Emergency calls by Client.
4. Assess the problems on site before reporting back to HOD.
5. Carry out scheduled Maintenance & Servicing on electrical & mechanical systems & prepare the service report.
6. Requires to be hands-on to carry out minor repair works.
7. To carry out trouble-shooting and preventive maintenance on site.
8. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by sub-contractors.
9. Maintain the office store in order with proper documentation.
10. Assist HOD to attend to Scheduled Annual Shut Down of Customers.

Requirements:

1. Minimum ITE/ Diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience in M & E works (Electrical /ACMV).
3. Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
