Production Technician

→ Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Run production operation in accordance with the Company’s Quality, EHS System.
2. Responsible and accountable for the implementation of company procedures in production with the aim to continuously improve EHS performance.
3. Wear PPE as per company policy.
4. Manufacture chemical products in line with the weekly production schedule based on the working instructions from Production Order.
5. Ensure all raw materials and packing materials are available before commencement of weekly production and inform immediate superior if there are any shortfalls.
6. Ensure all raw materials are correctly identified and accurately for missing.
7. Ensure all production product is maintain to the quality requirement and adhere to all special processes for the product.
8. Stop production and report immediately for any observed discrepancies.
9. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the production and area in accordance with the ISO, EHS for Safety and other Governance requirement.
10. Complete all process and administrative documentation correctly.
11. Conduct preventive maintenance and checks to all production plant / equipment facilities.
12. Maintain an efficient and professional image of the Production Department as well as the Company as a whole.
13. On-Call-Service for all production related matters.
14. Member of Emergency Response Team.
