We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst who thrives on delivering hands‑on technical support directly to clients—both onsite at client locations and remotely. If you’re passionate about solving real-world IT challenges in fast‑paced environments and have deep expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, we want to hear from you.
Client‑Facing Support (Onsite & Remote)
You’re a self‑starter who thrives in client‑facing environments, comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You have a proven track record of delivering white‑glove IT support to VIP users in demanding environments (trading floors, executive suites, or similar high‑stakes settings) where responsiveness and professionalism are non‑negotiable.
Communication is just as critical as technical skill in this role. You understand that success comes equally from your technical expertise and your ability to build trust with clients through clear, confident communication and exceptional customer service. You’re the kind of professional who can translate complex technical issues into business language while maintaining composure under pressure.
You’re naturally curious about technology and don’t wait to be told what to learn; when new cloud technologies or Microsoft solutions emerge, you dive in, teach yourself, and bring that knowledge to your work. You’re comfortable grabbing unfamiliar technologies and getting yourself up to speed quickly to meet client needs.
