Staff Frontend Engineer : Low-Latency Trading Interface

Location : Remote - Fully remote in Asia

Compensation : $40K - $60K

Our vision is backed by influential investors, including a $500 million AUM digital asset fund and an exclusive AI / crypto accelerator with a sub-1% acceptance rate.

This is a senior, high-impact role dedicated to building a performance-critical trading interface where usability, correctness, and speed are the competitive edge. You will operate directly on systems involving real money and high market risk.

The Staff Frontend Engineer will be a key architect responsible for the user-facing side of our low-latency, high-throughput trading systems. You will translate complex trading data and execution paths into a fluid, responsive, and reliable user experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Work directly with the CEO, COO, and founding engineers, driving the frontend technical and product roadmap.
  • Achieve pixel-perfect implementation of the trading interface, ensuring seamless interaction with performance-critical data feeds.
  • Design and implement frontend architectural decisions that have a direct and measurable impact on production systems (e.g., state management, data visualization).
  • Optimize frontend services using ReactJS and NextJS for maximum latency, throughput, and fault tolerance.
  • Operate close to real-time market data, ensuring the user interface accurately and reliably reflects real money, real volume, and real risk .
Requirements

We seek a proven leader with deep expertise in financial or high-stakes web applications.

  • Financial Infrastructure Experience : Demonstrated experience building interfaces for trading, exchange, or financial infrastructure where data integrity and speed are non-negotiable.
  • Web3 / Crypto Knowledge : Deep experience working on Crypto Wallets , or at the very least, a strong, fundamental understanding of crypto wallet integration, transaction signing, and blockchain interaction principles.
  • Technical Excellence : Strong systems and performance intuition, specifically related to web application optimization, rendering, and API communication.
  • Ownership and Drive : High ownership and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment, comfortable working long hours on hard problems.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency : Expertise in our core stack : ReactJS and NextJS .
  • Location : Must be based in Asia to align with the team's core operational hours and region.
