Job summary
A leading international law firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced legal consultant for Corporate Banking. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support for banking transactions and regulatory matters. The successful applicant will have at least 4-6 years of PQE and experience in banking and finance law. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional development and flexible working arrangements.

- Strong experience in banking and finance law preferred.
- Singapore law qualifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Advise on all loans executed under Singapore standard templates.
- Provide legal structuring and regulatory advice for bespoke structured transactions.
- Support all Corporate Bank offshore booking transactions to the Singapore entity.
- Address queries from the Corporate Bank business regarding clients' new initiatives.
- Review and advise on all Singapore regulatory issues.
