Your responsibilities as Scootees

Your primary duty is to keep our passengers safe and comfortable throughout their flight. As a brand ambassador, you are responsible for working in a team to deliver exceptional service while adding a vibrant and fun touch to every interaction. By combining up-to-date knowledge of your duties and a Scootitude mindset, you will curate enjoyable travel experiences for our passengers!

To get you Scoot‑ready, you will undergo a 2‑month training programme upon joining. Topics include:

• Safety emergency drills
• Door operation
• Fire fighting
• First aid
• Grooming
• Scootitude
• Passenger handling
• Inflight sales procedures

• You meet the minimum age of 18 years and above so as to comply to the legal and regulatory requirements of Singapore
• To carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard, you have to meet the following criteria:
  • Female: Have a height of 158cm OR a min height of 156cm and be able to reach over the line of 210cm
  • Male: Have a height of 165cm OR a min height of 162cm and be able to reach over the line of 210cm
• You have min. qualification of 3 GCE ‘O’ level subject passes (including English) or 5 GCE ‘N(A)’ / ‘N(T)’ level subject passes (including English)
• You are medically fit to perform the role of a cabin crew
• You believe in delivering exceptional service
• You embody team spirit and are the ultimate team player
• You adapt quickly to manage situations on board whilst maintaining passengers’ safety
• Due to our Grooming policy, please note that this position requires a professional appearance at all times and candidates with visible tattoos will not be considered

• Please note that this Part‑time Scheme is only open to Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent residents.
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete online assessment and attend our Assessment Centre! These must be completed within one month from the application date.
• Successful candidates must be able to commence employment with us within two months from the date of Assessment Centre.
• Successful applicants must not engage in other full‑time or part‑time employment upon the commencement of Scoot's Cabin Crew (Part‑Time) Scheme.
