Job summary
A leading healthcare firm in Singapore is seeking a Document Controller to manage document lifecycles and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include supporting quality systems and managing change control processes. Candidates should have a diploma in sciences, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of SAP Master Data. This position offers a salary of up to $4,000 with a 1-year duration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data (material master data and vendor master data)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in a pharma environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of documents within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements and assist with audits.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams for document reviews.

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Location: Tuas (islandwide company pickup)
- Document Management & Control: Manage the lifecycle of documents (creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archival) within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Quality System Support: Maintain site document control, records management processes, and coordinate Business Information Management.
- Change Control & Revisions: Lead or support change control management, ensuring proper revision, tracking, and archival of documents.
- Compliance & Audit Preparation: Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and GMP. Assist with audits by producing timely, accurate, and up-to-date documentation.
- Data Integrity & Security: Ensure document security and protect Alcon against product security threats.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to ensure documents are reviewed and signed off by appropriate personnel.
Min Diploma in Sciences or similar & min 2 yrs of relevant experience & Knowledge of SAP Master Data (material master data and vendor master data)
