• Full-time | Base salary: $2,200 to $2,600
• Quarterly sales commission up to 50% of base salary
• Variable bonus eligible based on performance
• Accelerated growth: Promoted to Senior Service Crew member or Assistant Store Manager based on performance and expansion plans

Overview of the Service Crew role

As a Service Crew member, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and delightful experience for every customer who visits our store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with enthusiasm and providing friendly assistance.
• Assisting customers in selecting menu items and providing recommendations.
• Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
• Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and smooth store operations.
• Contributing to a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements: We're looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.
