SERVICE CREW (PART TIME)

Duties of Service Crew

1. Provide excellent customer service experience.
2. Maintain the stock service areas with supplies such as condiments and tableware.
3. Assist in making hot and cold beverages.
4. Assist in serving food and beverages to guests.
5. Assist in packing food orders in the kitchen for dine-in, online, and takeaway orders.
6. Assist in taking orders.
7. Assist in seating guests.
8. Assist in keeping the restaurant clean at all times.
9. Assist in clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, etc.
10. Provide menu recommendations appropriately.
11. Attend to customers’ needs promptly and professionally.
12. Adhere to personal and food safety procedures.
13. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant.
14. Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
