Job Description:
Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
Assist in opening and closing duties.
Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Prior working experience in Japanese Restaurant is an added advantage.
No experience is welcomed to apply; Training will be provided.
Able to commit at least 2 days per week.
Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
