About Us:
bobo’s is a vibrant yoghurt bar specialising in delicious, healthy, and customisable yoghurt meals. Our yoghurt variations are novel in Singapore and growing in popularity. We are building a fun loving team and looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as Service Crew.

Job Summary:
As a Service Crew, you will play a key role in both food preparation and customer service. You will be responsible for preparation of food products, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. This role requires a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation:
   Prepare yoghurt and other ingredients according to standards.
   Ensure all ingredients and toppings are fresh, properly stocked, and displayed attractively.
   Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
   Assist in receiving and storing inventory.
2. Customer Service:
   Greet customers warmly and assist them in building their yoghurt bowl and other items.
   Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
   Operate the Point of Sale system, and process payments accurately.
   Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, including tables, chairs, and counters.
   Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
3. Other Scope:
   Work collaboratively with other team members.
   Assist in training new colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

• You have previous Restaurant Experience: a plus point.
• You have a Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate: a plus point.
• You are a positive, energetic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• You are a flexible multitasker who's able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to make every customer feel welcomed.
• You are a team player.

• Full Time: Up to $2800/mth

Part Time Crew:

• Hourly rate: $10 - $14 / hour
• Min 4hrs/shift
