Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide service to customers in accordance with the Company’s service standards and guidelines.
2. Receive and perform in-store and delivery orders.
3. Cashiering and sales reporting.
4. Cooking and preparation of food and drinks items for sale.
5. Inventory and stock management, estimate stock requirement and place orders, moving and arrangement of stocks when delivered.
6. Monitor and maintain food quality and safety in compliance with the Company’s safety and risk management policies and procedures.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene, clean workstations and equipment following all Company’s rules and procedures.
8. Store opening and closing duties.
9. Other ad-hoc duties when required.
