Job Description
As a Cards Authoriser, you will perform the following responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities
- Handling authorization services (issuing and acquiring)
- Fraud control monitoring
- Freezing of accounts related to Police production orders
- Temporary credit increase requests (after office hours) and customer services hotline (midnight to 8:30 a.m. / 9:00 a.m.) for the Bank
- Processing of VISA incoming and outgoing files; self-service terminal monitoring
- Monitoring of critical services and assisting in post implementation verifications

Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a related field preferably (Banking, Business, Finance and related fields)
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis

- Willingness to learn on the job
