Job summary
A leading healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage company P&L and drive strategic planning. The role involves overseeing daily operations, identifying business opportunities, and fostering a positive work culture. Ideal candidates will have 6-8 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry, and possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- At least 6 - 8 years of proven experience managing company P&L and strategy planning.
- Prior sales experience in ethical and OTC pharmaceutical role will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Oversee daily operations and manage company P&L.
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize profitability.

Education
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Oversee daily operations and manage company P&L, as well as leading a team of professionals to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize business profitability
- Analyse financial and operational data to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture that encourages innovation and teamwork
- Represent the department and liaise with cross-functional teams to align on initiatives and priorities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management
- Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Science, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- At least 6 - 8 years of proven experience managing company P&L and strategy planning, preferably from pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry
- Prior sales experience in ethical and OTC pharmaceutical role will be an added advantage
