Project Manager and Business Analyst

We seek a detail-oriented Project Manager & Business Analyst to fully own our report development projects from inception to completion. This role combines project management skills across multiple teams with business analysis expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of report development projects, from requirements gathering to final delivery.
• Identify opportunities for feature enhancements.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and risks to optimize revenue generation and cost efficiency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to bring continuous innovation to our reports.

Qualifications

• A doer and solution-oriented person who gains energy from pixel-perfect execution.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate distributed development teams across multiple time zones in an agile environment.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to engage directly with clients, understand their reporting needs, and provide expert guidance.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
• Familiarity with JSON-based reporting templates and structured data formats, ensuring accurate data mapping, validation, and integrity.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and product teams to ensure the feasibility of technical implementations.
• Ability to assess business impact of client's requirements and their contribution to the product’s commercial success.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to assess current reporting capabilities and identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
