Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and Data Engineering teams to design and implement HR data infrastructure, processes, and frameworks from the ground up.

Lead HR data analytics projects, delivering valuable insights to support global HR strategies.
Analyze and manage HR data across areas such as Workforce Strategy, Talent Management, Manpower Reporting, Performance Management, DEI, and Organizational Development.
Drive data culture within the HR team, harnessing the power of data to drive informed decisions that will enhance the potential of the global workforce and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Business Analyst role focusing on Data projects.
