This entry-level position focuses on assisting guests with inquiries, providing information about park attractions, and ensuring that each visitor enjoys a seamless experience. Associates will be the first point of contact for guests and will work diligently to foster a positive and friendly atmosphere.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in customer service, operations support, or data analysis roles.
Fluent in Arabic & English.
