Location: Seen Tarbi for Fintech, Jeddah

Seen Tarbi for Fintech is a Fintech company registered and approved by Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) for operating as an Open Banking player in KSA. We provide innovative B2C and B2B financial services such as Personal Financial Management (PFM), Data Aggregation, Enterprise Financial Management (EFM) and many more based on open banking. The company aims to positively impact businesses and individuals with its cutting-edge offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
2. Develop clear, concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solution wireframes and user interfaces that meet business goals and enhance the customer experience.
4. Analyze and understand fintech industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure solutions are relevant and compliant.
5. Assist in product testing and validation to ensure requirements are met and identify areas for improvement.
6. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to communicate insights and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Continuously work to improve and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and the quality of deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, financial technologies, data/business analytics or other related fields.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services.
3. Strong understanding of fintech products, open banking, and financial services.
4. Excellent documentation skills and experience in developing process flows, wireframes, use cases and functional specifications.
5. Proficient in using wireframe and documentation tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Lucid chart, Visio).
6. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
7. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Knowledge of SAMA and other industry regulations and compliance standards in fintech is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
